Prior to any construction activities a detailed plan must be presented to the Architectural Control Committee.

These plans need to include the house blueprint as well as a survey showing house and driveway location on the property.

Dwellings must be a minimum of 2,000 square feet for single story, and 2,500 square feet for two story homes.

Exterior walls shall be constructed of no less than 75% masonry or masonry veneer; which includes stucco, ceramic tile, clay, brick, rock and all materials commonly referred to in Hays County, TX as masonry.
